Our Future

As the incubation center for future global leaders in Samsung Group, GSG strives to develop a pool of global talent through a systematic recruiting program. Global Strategists are hired into Samsung to enhance the company’s internal strategic advisory capabilities. After GSG, they transition into key roles across the company.

GSG has successfully trained and transitioned many alumni to various management roles at Samsung affiliates worldwide, contributing to the rapid global growth of Samsung. Many of these alumni continue to hold key roles in driving Samsung’s growth and transformation.
