Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager (EM) leads critical and high-impact projects across diverse industries, functions, and geographies. As the project lead, the EM is responsible for final delivery of projects, ensuring development of high-quality outputs, mentoring of team members and ultimately managing satisfaction of internal Samsung affiliates. Throughout the project, an EMs is expected to work closely with Associate Principals and Principals overseeing their project.

The successful candidate has a track record of career progression and success, and has Engagement Manager / Project Leader experience in a top management consulting firm or the internal strategy team of an industry-leading corporation. This person has relevant experience in industries where Samsung has a leading presence, such as semiconductors, mobile, consumer electronics, or biotechnology. This candidate has meaningful professional experience outside their home country, and is excited about the opportunity to live and work in Korea for a period of 4-5 years. She / he possesses an MBA, PhD, or JD degree from a top school.

APs serve as role models for the future generation of Samsung and GSG leaders. Beyond project supervision, organizational responsibilities also include: training and professional development; recruiting; industry-focused practice groups; performance evaluation; and other organizational improvement efforts.
